Manufacturing defects
If a part you bought from us has a manufacturing defect, call or email the shop and we'll look into it with you. Please have your order number and a description or photos of the problem ready.
Otherwise sold as is
Apart from manufacturing defects, products are sold "AS IS" without express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We make no representations regarding suitability for any use.
Limitation of liability
Liemohn Manufacturing LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from product use, misuse, or site access.

The purchaser is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including restrictions on magazine capacity, features, and transfers.
